18th February 2025 Hiking - Walking: Around Felixstowe Wind Direction: Wind Stength: Surf / Sea State: Air Temperature: Sea Temperature: Weather: sunny periods and cold Max Speed: Distance Covered: 2.50 miles (Nautical Miles - unless stated otherwise) Tuesday 18th February - walk * – Around Felixstowe – sunny periods and cold. The cold sunny weather continues with the mild wether not arriving until Thursday when I hope to get out on the water. So for todays TV weather pics I had a drive down to the Trimley churches hoping the daffidils would be in bloom, sadly not yet but the buds looked great as did the snowdrops. I then came back via Gulpher Road stopping to take a couple of tree pics against a lovely blue sky, past The Fludyers and home for beakfast. Exercises followed by lunch before walking round to out old friend for the usual Tuesday visit, leaving at 4 to walk through the town to the pram walk making it as far as the Spa Theatre and back along the prom to the pier as the sun was slowly setting, a quick trip to Lidl and home actually walking 2.5 miles:) Photo Album here |
